As long as you’re eating the good one you’re getting the right nutrients. But when you run across a halfway rotten one, it contaminates the body and it’s at that point you begin to question if the good apple was bad.

News Flash: The good apple wasn’t bad you just wasn’t paying attention and ate from the forbidden apple and now you’re questioning the healthy apple’s value.

Message: Don’t confuse what’s good for you with the bad apple. The problem is once you had the good apple you should not have went back and bit the rotten one. Now you confused. When you have what’s good for you… don’t go back and get greedy because it is then you contaminate what’s good for you.
