Managing stress is dealing
with the pain of yesterday.

About Me
My passion to help individuals and their families runs deep in my heart. I grew up in a dysfunctional home with a single mother.
The trials and tribulations I endured along the way gave me the courage to change my lifestyle and become something I could be proud of. I always knew that one day I would be the light in a dark tunnel in someone’s life, much like my mentors along the way were to me. I told GOD if He saw it fit to save me, I would turn around and minister to His people. Through the Love of GOD that is in me, I will foster the lives and minds of individuals and families.Â
I have a Master’s degree in Adlerian Psychotherapy; Programs complete Clinical Mental Health and Co-occurring Disorders. I am a culturally competent Mental Health Clinician with over twenty-nine years of experience serving adults and children from different cultures with chronic mental, substance abuse, criminal justice, and behavioral health issues in various settings.
I am credentialed by the Minnesota Certification Board as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor Reciprocal (ADCR-MN) and am an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC).
“My passion not my pain drives my ambition to deliver the truth to help people.”
